1. Scope of Engineering Services
TechSid Solutions provides computer-aided design (CAD) drafting, Building Information Modeling (BIM), structural steel detailing, and civil engineering documentation support. We operate in collaboration with licensed engineers of record and architects who retain statutory responsibility for final certified stamps where mandated by local jurisdictions.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of agreed project invoices, all deliverable drawings, 3D models, BIM files, and CAD assets developed specifically for the client become the sole intellectual property of the client.
3. Quality Review & Revisions
We implement disciplined internal QA check-plot processes. Scope modifications and client design revisions are executed in accordance with agreed milestone statements of work.
